Everything is online and is clearly stated on the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Use the community to get questions answered. If you don’t like using the website, I’d recommend you try another service provider where you have an agent to talk to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you know your login credentials? (Email and password?) If so log in and have the 2FA code sent to your phone via SMS text message. Enter just the 6 digits and wait 5 seconds to access your account. Follow &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s instructions on updating your card info in your account. Once you have successfully updated your payment card go to your profile page and disable 2FA verification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
