Plan Change wont Work

I have tried multiple times to change my plan to one of the promo plans 40 for 15 gb and it just automatically changes to the old plan upon the renewal date.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.

Did you schedule plan change on next renewal?

What your account says - what plan do you have now?

Was your credit card charged with new plan price?

To see actual account status: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
