      <description>&lt;P&gt;Create your public’mobile account and activate SIM card and go to profile manage number and port it to pm just make sure to keep your chatr SIM card in your phone until you get a confirmation text from chatr at that point you have 90 mins &amp;nbsp;to reply with YES to port … and once the port is complete it will automatically close your chatr account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271537"&gt;@Victori&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- You need to pickup a SIM at your local Telus/Koodo store or order from Canadian Cell Supplies online with fast shipping or order from PM (but it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- Activate the new SIM on your PC or laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- Leave your Chatr SIM in your phone and reply with YES to confirm you are porting over to PM. There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply. SO DON’T MISS THE TEXT!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4- Your Chatr will continue to work until the port is completed. This could take up to 90 minutes after confirming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5- Power off the phone and swap the SIM then power on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to PM!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Chatr doesn't provide the account number anywhere. One of the first thing that you'll want to do is call Chatr's customer service line to ask for that account number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271537"&gt;@Victori&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;one thing to be aware, not sure if you care, Chatr provide roaming service to many countries.&amp;nbsp; PM ONLY has roaming service for US and nowhere else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if you travel a lot and need roaming, Chatr is a better choice.&amp;nbsp; If you don't care about roaming, then PM is a better choice for it slightly cheaper price after factor into the reward savings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
