I want to change my plan and avail of the additional 12GB promo. BUT how can I add those promo codes. Does it apply to new activation only?

@Scriptkilt93 @Yes that promo is for new activations only so if you change your plan now you will loose that promo

You can't apply those code's if you're an existing customer.

What plan do you currently have? You can schedule a plan change on next renewal to the $40/15gb plan or the $45/20gb plan. These plans do not have their large data buckets expire in 12 months. I would schedule them ASAP as we do not know if they will be offered past January 3rd. However pm does honour scheduled plan changes but take a screenshot of the scheduled plan change for back up evidence just in case.
