      <description>&lt;P&gt;i got this prompt that pop up asking me to sign into public mobile network but that prompt usually only shows up when trying to connect to like tim hortons wifi and u gotta sign in.&amp;nbsp; i got a msg saying i used 100% of data in my plan but i have a data plan that i bought that still has 95.5% of data left to use so not sure why its not letting me use the internet.&amp;nbsp; bills paid and everything.&amp;nbsp; i saw a msg about a new sim card? so wheres mine? wheres the fu cking email telling me i need to get a new one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not need new SIM if existing is working nor PM would know if you have broken SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using Data from add-on should be seamless when you exhaust your plan's data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the message you refer too, never saw similar. Even at public WiFi provider (NOT PM) is asking to sign in, and accept whatever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is not an error.&amp;nbsp; my plan data is up.&amp;nbsp; i bought data on the side a few months ago, its saying there is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;1024 MB&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1GB Add-on&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;1018.71 MB left&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;so clearly i have data.&amp;nbsp; phone and txt work, data is the only thing that dont work&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whoa&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271469"&gt;@themoon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you share if you are a new/existing customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you having this problem all the time, or just in certain locations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as the 'text notifications' re data - ignore them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They're all but useless when folks have buckets of data (plan and bonus and holiday data, and the such).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always refer to self-serve site for accurate data counter (after clearing cache and cookies or opening incognito tab to login)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
