      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone. Try your SIM in another phone to eliminate SIM issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your account says Active? Other services work as expected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271407"&gt;@20205&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I guess it was working before and just not working since renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot your phone once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if check if you have any data usage limit set on your device. On Android , there is such setting on the Mobile Data page.&amp;nbsp; Please check and disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still does not work, try to put your PM sim card in another phone to test as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
