    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/267481"&gt;@Gabyg1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When did you join PM?&amp;nbsp; Anyone joined after end of Jan 2022 will be on the new rewards system Public Points&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or Any chance you just made a plan change using Change plan now?&amp;nbsp; With Change plan now, PM will be charging you&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;FULL PRICE&lt;/STRONG&gt; on that particular plan change payment and no rewards will be applied (rewards will be applied again on the renewals after)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp; Any chance you have changed to the new rewards system Public Points?&amp;nbsp; The new rewards system has different reward and no longer giving out&amp;nbsp; Pre-authorized payment discount Loyalty reward&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Public Points, you no longer receive the Loyal Reward and Autopay discount&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of Loyalty Reward,&amp;nbsp; you will get 10 points on your Anniversary day with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of Autopay discount, you get 5% points back with your spending on PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
