      <description>&lt;P&gt;once you port your number it will automatically cancel your account .. also you will need to know your account number to port to a new carrier ….you can try to log back in incognito mode/ private mode there’s been cache issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/100150"&gt;@JacobHoy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have the "Welcome to public mobile" e-mail you may have received on activation, the account number is the long number embedded in the "TO" field of the e-mail.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It begins with a 1, followed by several zero's, then 6 or 7 digits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's the number your new provider will require for smooth porting there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn't have auto-pay setup on the PM account, no need to access the account at all.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're good to go!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
