I am feeling ripped off here...

And if I manually upgrade do I lose all my current bonuses and add-ons or do they carry over?

Setup a plan change for next renewal. You will keep everything, unless you signed up with a promo that had a stipulation of losing something with plan changes ie $5/ off for x months or xmb data for y months

You got ripped off because you can get the $40/15gb plan scroll down below the $40/5gb LTE plan. I'm not sure how much longer it'll stay.
