      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117005"&gt;@zrussell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll have to get help with that from a Customer Support Agent, if you're trying to get the exact same one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The link is at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have trouble getting a service ticket started, you can also send a private message to CS_Agent&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;for help with that too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117005"&gt;@zrussell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; did you try to use Incognito mode to access My Account?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you already bought the the data and&amp;nbsp; you need to repurchase before the 10 days expiry , you will need PM Support's help to re-buy of that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
