      <title>Changed my plan but my profile online isn't updated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan to $15/month. I checked my online banking and I was charged $15. However when I go online to check my publicmobile account it says I still have my $35/month plan. What is going on?! I'm worried because I cannot afford 2 plans!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
