      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271262"&gt;@bluejay0102&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need your Public Mobile account number, you are presumably moving to ANOTHER provider and NOT Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you'd need your prior provider account number to complete a port to a new mobile provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can get the account number here (which is masked out) by logging into self-serve, then under your My Profile tab, hover your cursor over the 'crossed out eye' where the account number is, and jot down the account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provide that number to the new provider if you're porting OUT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, await the port authorization text, reply YES, then put your new provider SIM card in and you're there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
