      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just purchased a 10 day add-on for US as I am visiting the US right now. I have previously purchased the same package for the past 10 days which I had no trouble with but has expired and I require an additional 10 days. PLEASE HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271236"&gt;@trixie56&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're trying to buy the exact same roaming add on, you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent, by using the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to buy a different roaming add on, then you should be able to get it yourself from inside your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
