      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not received the holiday rewards message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As others suggested, I have tried the chatbot but couldn't open a support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you've done some reading have you then tried to send a private message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What was the problem starting a ticket? I've had more success using the pin method rather than the login method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
