      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271034"&gt;@lyonsj2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;that is a chance your phone is not compatible here, what exact model is your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But to be sure, put your PM sim card in another phone to test as well.&amp;nbsp; It could also be a sim card provisioning issue and not device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, phones have to have these bands for it to work on PM network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="E-Band-Frequency.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/63234iB6539053DDFAEB12/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="E-Band-Frequency.jpg" alt="E-Band-Frequency.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Confirm your phone is compatible with PM frequencies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz (band 5), 1900 MHz (band 2) and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3G/HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try your SIM in another phone to confirm it is activated properly (or at all).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271034"&gt;@lyonsj2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Verizon phones generally will work here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verizon uses bands 2, 4, 5, 13, 46, 48, 66 which match some of PM's bands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe your sim card ?&amp;nbsp; did you try it on another phone&amp;nbsp; to confirm if it was setup correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or open ticket with PM CS agent and have them to confirm the activation (I assume you just activated?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;First type Contact,&lt;BR /&gt;then select the only choice there: "Contact..",&lt;BR /&gt;from the list of , choose "Other"&lt;BR /&gt;finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket&lt;BR /&gt;Another page will open and just follow: .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
