      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I have the $45 20 gig plan but I tried changing my plan to the $35 one but at my original reset date and then purchase the $45 plan and activate it right away it would get me all the way up to like the payment process and it would even say it worked but it doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
