(or can I buy one from i.e-Walmart or another store?)

Also- what is the process of activating a new SIM Card?

@KnightRider do NOT order from PM , it could take long for them to deliver, 5 days to 3 weeks!!

quickest way is to get one from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon

https://www.amazon.ca/Public-Mobile-Card-Unlocked-Phones/dp/B07R6P5KBB

Once you got the new SIM card , login to My Account on a desktop or laptop (not mobile as the mobile site for change sim card has glitch), then click on Quick links on top right, select Change Sim card and complete the change sim process

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/edit/your-account

Of course, it could be quicker to go back to Apple store and get it back 🙂
