When you get a 12g bonus do you have to put in a code every month to keep the Bonus or is it automatically moved over each month.

@TW12 @It’s for new customers and you have to apply the promo code on activation

edit once applied at activation no need to continue it’s automatically adjusted

@TW12 No. You only need to put the code in once during the activation and you will see the 12GB extra under My Promotions section. If you just activated, the bonus will show up within 48 hours

Once you have it though is it automatically effective the next month or do you have to make sure it reactivates?

HI @TW12 the 12GB will be "refreshed" every new cycle (30 days not monthly)

and No, you don't have to entering the code monthly. Enter the code once during activation and you are good

Just to be clear, @TW12 , in order for the promotion to extend for the offered duration, YOU have to ensure that before the expiry of each 30-day cycle there are either sufficient funds in the account to cover the next 30 day cycle, or that you have a registered payment card linked to the account for auto-pay to occur.

This may seem obvious, however some others may overlook that part.
