      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought my elderly brother an iPhone and hooked him up with a PM number but I do not remember if I got him an accn’t on his mail. I owe money on his plan and am unable to access his accn’t to put on auto pay. This is incredibly frustrating. Need to talk to a rep&lt;/P&gt;</description>
