      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/266699"&gt;@Wakera&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you were porting in?&amp;nbsp; I saw your message on Dec 1.&amp;nbsp; Is it still not working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but you didn't update us with more info.&amp;nbsp; Did you get a text from your old provider.? did you reply yes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;likely you have to get your old carrier sim card back and then call Porting team (i messaged you the number already) and ask them to retrigger the porting process&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please call porting team to sort it out.&amp;nbsp; Your porting request only valid for 30 days, you are close to the 30 days mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>
