      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to initiate porting at Koodo side. Leave PM SIM in a phone and reply Yes within 90 min when you get SMS from PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both account have to be active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/270697"&gt;@Vpuliche&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;have you activated on Koodo yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, activate and request port at the same time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you already activated, call Koodo support and ask them help it out.&amp;nbsp; They have call centre and they can help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
