@Rob19 @If by code you mean referral number , sign into your public mobile account scroll to the bottom of page and you should be able to see it there

@Rob19 best is copy and paste so it won't have any "human error"

send via email. then have your friend to get the email on the phone or desktop and activate on the same device, copy and paste in each step 🙂

The reason it's best to "copy/paste" the code from your self-serve landing screen (bottom right/the code cycles from a few other pics there) is that Public Mobile uses letters and numbers that frequently get misinterpreted.

Examples would be zero's (0) vs the letter (O), as well as one's (1) vs the letter (I). Some also get mixed up on the E vs 3 , S vs 5, B vs 8, though those are less likely.

So be sure to tell the person who is using your referral code to PASTE what you send them via text or e-mail, not just try to determine what the characters are, or it may not work or someone else will get the referral bonus.
