    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opted for the $40 plan on renewal date that comes with 15GB data from $45 6GB plan. My credit card is being charged a lower fee (around $44 with taxes), however on my online account it still shows that I am on the $45 6 GB plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure what to do at this stage. This has been going on for the last 2 months.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63366"&gt;@shafirpl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;@Your bill statement is clear evidence your plan has changed , unfortunately pm sometimes&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;has cache issues just follow my steps and you will see your new plan appear&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63366"&gt;@shafirpl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is likely just a browser cache issue and you are only seeing old cached page earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;login My Account again using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and you should see the correct plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check Payment page when you are on Incognito mode and confirm which plan PM was charging you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
