      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13911"&gt;@SandraTuga&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; couple months, that is not normal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 4G speed should come within 48 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But one thing, does it shows LTE?&amp;nbsp; please be aware that LTE = 4G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, did you use any speed test to confirm the data speed you got?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And check your phone,&amp;nbsp; see if it has set the correct Preferred network type, is it set to 3G only ? or Automatic? or something with LTE or 4G?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let us know what you see&lt;/P&gt;</description>
