      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up an account for one of my kids but I don't remember the e-mail address that I used to set up the account.&amp;nbsp; I have the phone and can reset the password but I don't know how to reset/retrieve the email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
