    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am switching to public mobile because I like the plans you have. There is currently a boxing week deal that’s 20gb for $45 so I ordered my sim to be able to get that deal but I can’t get the deal till the sim is here and I’m worried it won’t get here till after the deal ends but it’s the whole reason I’m switching to you for my service. If my sim arrives after the deal ends can I get that deal still since I’ve got it on order and waiting for this. If I can’t get this deal I will probably not switch as my current plan is not bad but the deal you have is better. Will you honour the deal for me since I’ve ordered my sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/270472"&gt;@mcSquared&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you order the sim from PM site?&amp;nbsp; yes, it could take long for the sim to arrive, could be 5 days to 3 weeks, it really varies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure when will the $45 for 20GB will last.&amp;nbsp; Some mentioned before even it is gone, if you open ticket with support and show them you ordered the sim and was because sim not arrived, they might be able to still honour the offere.&amp;nbsp; But again, this is really no guarantee.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best is to get a PM sim from local Telus or Koodo stores and then activate before the deal is gone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sim you ordered, sorry, it cannot be refund.&amp;nbsp; You can keep it and maybe give it to a friend&amp;nbsp; and bring him in and earn friend referral bonus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
