It should be in the profile section. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some older customers did receive a welcome email from Public mobile when they first activated account. &amp;nbsp;The account number is in the address to section of email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can there be two phone numbers using the same account number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Actually my daughter and I were using public mobile since 2019. Both cellphone were using pre authorized payment under my credit card. Whenever I login to my account, the profile is under my daughter account, and my phone number has became an alternative . I have tried many ways to obtain my account number but not successful. Please advise can two phone number use the same account number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(when setup, the USERNAME is an e-mail address of choice of the applicant).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the only one you are able to access with known login credentials is your daughters, you should contact the Customer Support Agents to reset your own login credentials so you can access your own self-serve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There, you'll find YOUR account number in the profile section as outlined.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
