      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/189401"&gt;@NewView&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the sign-in page, use the "forgot password" option for every possible e-mail address you have (there can't be that many...).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The one which results in a 'hit' will send that e-mail address a password reset link.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Use that e-mail (presuming you still have access to the e-mail account) to reset the login credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember that prior to logging in to the self-serve site, always best to clear cache and cookies, and open an incognito tab, as the self-serve site has terrible caching issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
