4G not working

I upgraded from 3G to 4G on December 18. Ever since, my phone has been really slow when not on wifi. It says it is on Lite. I saw it go to 3G briefly. How can I resolve this?

@EmiGag LTE is 4G, different names for the same thing

did you try your phone in different area?

Try reboot the phone once

try to download some speed test app and confirm the actual speed

if the speed still not right, try to click Reset All network and see if it works better/faster

Dose your phone show lte /4g when on the internet ? And 3 g when you’re on the phone ? Cos this would be normal

If you are not in a major center there may not be 4G coverage supplied to that area. - Ie most of Saskatchewan, or outside of the highway 2 corridor in Alberta.
