      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opted for the promotion 20 gigs for $35 for 15 months. It says my new plan is 5 gigs for $40 and my Visa was billed $57.50 and disregarded $20 credit I have available in my account. Normally I'm on the $15 per month plan but opted for the promotion.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm hoping you can straighten this out as I should only have been billed $15 (35-20 credit) + HST.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rod&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The $20 balance may be in your account because of the promotion but only after payment for the plan was made. If that's the situation, the $20 would be applied towards your payment for the next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
