    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74088"&gt;@Percey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can login to your wife account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to pay by *611 to resume the service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But using *611 to pay requires you to have the 4 digits PIN.&amp;nbsp; No worry if you don't have it with you.&amp;nbsp; So, just login to your wife's My Account, you can reset the pin in Profile page there.&amp;nbsp; Once you reset&amp;nbsp; the 4 digits PIN, you can use the PIN to pay using *611&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course you can also open ticket with CS agent for help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can buy vouchers from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using *611 (this option does not need 4 digits PIN)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How does one reach an admin person that can help reinstate my wife’s phone account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our credit card won’t work (even though it’s been used for other transactions today with no issue) and now her account is suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She has no phone currently…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
