Cannot log into my other Community account

Hi,

My login for my other PM Community Account does not seem to work. When I do forgot password the email does not arrive. I have a repair order from my other account that needs to be followed up on but I cannot log in?

What should I do?

But if you like, you can also open ticket with PM support using this Community account, direct message:

I'm confused for your issue: Why is your repair order related to community account?
