Do you see the extra $80 in your available funds? This is a new but known autopay glitch. Similar to the other autopay glitch when going thru renewal on a higher priced plan and autopay charges the old plan price and the account gets suspended because the credit card charge shorts the account of the new plan price. Leave the funds for future renewals if you can afford it or ask for a refund if you can't. Currently the only way to ensure you don't get caught up by this glitch when you have scheduled a change plan on next renewal is to manually top up your account before renewal with the cost of your new plan.

Just a heads-up to be careful when switching plans. I opted to delay the switch until my normal billing date.

I switched from the $120 for 3-month plan to a monthly plan of $40. It's the same price but more data... no brainer.

Well it looks like when it renewed, they charged me for the 3 months again. I confirmed the charges to my credit card and I confirmed that the new plan is active.

I sent a PM to CS but still no results. Hopefully they can sort this mess out.
