      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I changed my plan today, I paid for unlimired&amp;nbsp;text messaging and unlimited call in the province. But every time I try to send a message it says that I have to update my plan and include text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
