      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269877"&gt;@Preachers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;was the sim card ever used?&amp;nbsp; Only brand new sim card can be used for activation.&amp;nbsp; Sim card cannot be reused a second time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or did you activate just moment ago and got stuck at payment?&amp;nbsp; if so, it could be that the first activation stuck and hence your later attempts failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you got new sim card, if the error you got was on your first activation, then you can try activate again on a Desktop or Laptop computer or use Incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; But before you reattempt, make sure PM has not charge you yet, check your credit card account to confirm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
