      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. I want to change my autopay credit card to validate date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I can't login my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I did reset password.website change my password succefully ..but when I login again..&amp;nbsp; error is same&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. i want to help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. probably my credit card is expired so, not paying this month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. that's why my phone is not working( impossible calling)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The only way to get help is through the chatbot setting up a ticket or using private message. There is no actual voice talking to support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you read all the replies in your other thread?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/217887"&gt;@mjlee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, this service has no call center support.&amp;nbsp; The chatbot is the starting point for initiating a support ticket if you need the CSA team to fix something wrong with your account.&amp;nbsp; As for account access, much of your problems could be due to cached data.&amp;nbsp; It is always recommended to use incognito mode on your browser to access the self serve account.&amp;nbsp; This strategy minimize access issues.&amp;nbsp; Give it a try before seeking CSA support.&amp;nbsp; If you are able to get into the account, you should be able to change the credit card information and reactivate the account as self serve functions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
