Try rebooting your phone by powering off your phone by holding down the power button and power off then power back on with the phone logo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you a new customer porting your number over to PM then the porting is incomplete.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269701"&gt;@Jenyaras111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reinstall the sim card info your phone and restart it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, then you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them look into your sim card and provisions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
