      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269650"&gt;@Serenity2007&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you changed your plan and selected "Change Plan now"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reboot the phone once and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, login to My Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and&amp;nbsp; check the account status as well as check if it shows the correct plan now, the one you changed to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Payment history and see if it shows PM took the money and applied it on the new plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
