      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just want to confirm whether or not I'll be charged again for changing my plan. Its still a $40 plan but with better benefits. My billing cycle just got renewed and I was charged on the 19th, if I update my plan today will I be charged another $40?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, if you do change plan NOW you will be charged whatever new plan cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do a plan change on next renewal and then there will be charge for new plan only at renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you only just recieved the emailed or texted offer informing and/or offering you this plan they may be willing to switch over your plan. They are not obligated to do so but they may be willing so it's very YMMV. Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
