      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to transfer my landline # (from Bell) to a new SIM - but at the last step (Payment), error to accept CC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even tried with 3 valid CC (from Canadian banks).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your cc has been charged put the SIM card in your phone and restart it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
