      <description>&lt;P&gt;My visa bill shows three debits from public mobile for $21.00 on Dec. 8. &amp;nbsp;I only received a $15.00 talk and text for 10 days and have a bank left of $25.00. &amp;nbsp;I should be refunded $21.00 to my visa card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
