      <title>Calls go direct to voicemail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When people call me, even those in my contact list, calls go directly to voicemail. It does not show the calls as recently called. I have checked all settings and had Best Buy recheck and all are fine. I was told it was likely a carrier issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96182"&gt;@Ljdion&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's been happening a lot lately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have a Customer Support Agent look at your sim card and provisions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll find the link at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96182"&gt;@Ljdion&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;all calls go to VM without ringing at all? or just happen on some and not all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and outgoing calls working fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this, first, reseat the sim card.&amp;nbsp; Power off phone, take sim out for a minute and then put it back and power on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then&amp;nbsp; change the Preferred network type to 3G Only for couple days and see if it works. Try to have someone to call you when you are in different area, not just your home or office.&amp;nbsp; This can confirm if it is a local network issue or not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happens to me sometimes and my caller will just call me back and hope that it does not go directly to voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was it one of these items that rectified it,&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96182"&gt;@Ljdion&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;ensure airplane mode is not enabled&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure do not disturb is not enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;disable any call-forwarding features/settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;remove and reinsert your SIM card&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reset network connections&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
