This overcharge should only happen fhis one time. When a plan change is scheduled, the system sometimes has difficulties with payment amounts. The extra balance can be used toward future renewals. For refund, you'll have to ask a CSA.

I had Automatic Top-Up set up for an older plan of $195 every 3 months. I recently switched to a new $40 /month plan but the Automatic Top-Up still added $195 to my available funds. How do I fix this so it only adds the amount required?

Don't worry, it will be adjusted on next renewal date automatically.

If you did not change plan Now then sometimes when changing plan overcharge could occur particularly moving from 3-months plan to monthly plan.

If you see extra amount on your account, leave it there as it will be used on next renewal(s).

Check your transaction history and credit card. They should be in sync. If not that would be a reason to contact agent for an explanation.
