I'm sure this has been posted before but I need a cs agent to add the 2gb data and 500 international minutes bonus to my account. I received the text saying they were applied but it's not showing up. How do I contact an agent? Thanks

Login in again into self service. First clear your browser cache and then open a new browser window in incognito. Click on the spinner icon to refresh the page.
