      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269357"&gt;@petertrinh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;first, check if you can receive regular text from friends&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then call your new provider, ask them to retrigger the porting request.&amp;nbsp; it has to go form the new provider and troubleshoot from that end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
