      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/261853"&gt;@Sugapoon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is definitely not for everyone and can be frustrating at times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inquiries having to do with your billing should be directed to a Customer Support Agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first. Then explain your problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll find the link for the Chat Bot Simon at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
