I tried to use other cell phone also no signal, I can be sure that my cell phone is no any problem, before using public cell phone card; later I tried to submit a ticket, but can not login to the community account; I don't know how to solve this problem???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269272"&gt;@EuniceChu_2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;like @softech mentioned how to contact a Customer Service Agent or here @CS_Agent with a message directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened to me when I ported over and lost signal and service with my previous provider. The port was successful, but the Customer Service Agent needed to get a technical support person involved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it works out with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is also a porting team number if you would like it to message me and I can share it with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
