Public mobile does not support e-sim (at the moment anyway)

PM DOES NOT SUPPORT E-SIM, PERIOD.

You might want to ask the manufacturer of your new smartphone or the place that sold you the phone. Or better yet you can use Google for that information.

Public doesn't have esims so you might have to find a provider that does , so you can enjoy that feature.

@husseinAbdallah Sorry, your manufacturer support or the place who sold you the phone won't be able to help you with using eSIM on PM, as PM does not currently support eSIM. But you can still use physical sim here and leave the eSIM for another provider

e-SIM is not supported by PM. Only plastic one.
