      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi…I also have been dealing with this matter for the past week …with the help from some members on the Community site I was finally able to create a ticket and the agent Carlos(a very big Thank You to him) added my bonus himself. &amp;nbsp;This is what I had to do: &amp;nbsp;I chatted with Simon who isn’t always giving us the option to actually target our problem but put “other” and finally I was given a ticket to create and within 2 hours I had a reply from Carlos…you have to watch on the Community site where the envelope (mail) shows…this is where they will reply to you and from there I explained my problem..he fixed it and I am keeping that in my mailbox incase I have another problem I am going to just re-open that email and go from there…hope this helps you..have a great day&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
