      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to the 15 GB of 4g for 40$ and it was charged on my November bill. I just logged in to check my account and it says my an is the 1g of 3g for 25$ I did not do that so what happend? How do I go back to my 15gb for 40$ plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
